How do I send a push notification to my customers?
To send a push notification to your customers, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account: https://loyalty.wefortis.com/
- From the left menu, click Cards.
- Select the Loyalty Card.
- Click Send Push from the top menu.
- Choose whether to send the notification to All Customers or to a Selected Segment.
- Enter your message and click Send.
Note: Customers will receive the push notification only if they have installed the loyalty card on their device.
