The Fortis Loyalty platform allows you to upload customer data in bulk using an import template. This helps you quickly add multiple customers to your loyalty program without entering them manually.
Steps to Import Customer Data
- Sign in to your account at https://loyalty.wefortis.com/
- Go to Customers from the left menu bar.
- From the top right corner, click Import.
- Click Download import template (.xls) to download the customer import file.
- Fill in the customer details in the template file and save it on your device.
- Click Import again.
- Click Select File and upload the completed file.
- Click Import to complete the process.
Once uploaded successfully, the customers will be added in bulk to your loyalty account.
