The Customers section in the Fortis Merchant Portal allows you to better understand customer behavior through customer segments and detailed customer metrics. This feature helps merchants identify active customers, top spenders, customers at risk of churning, and more.
Viewing Customer Segments
- Sign in to the Fortis Merchant Portal at https://my.fortis.world/auth/login.
- Go to Customers from the top menu.
- The system automatically categorizes customers into different segments, including:
- New
- Active
- Regulars
- At-risk
- Churned
- Never Purchased
- Top Spenders
- Most Frequent
- Highest Avg Spend
Viewing Customer Insights
- Open the Customers section.
- Select a customer from the list.
- You can view detailed customer information, including:
- Order Count
- Average Spend
- Last Order
- Loyalty Program Status
- Registration Channel
- Customer Creation Date
- Top Purchased Items
Customer segments and metrics are updated automatically based on customer activity and transactions.
