Fortis POS Platform includes a simple phone verification tool that allows you to confirm new customer numbers instantly, helping you maintain a reliable and reachable customer database.
To Turn on Phone Verification:
Steps:
Sign in to the Fortis POS Platform at https://my.fortis.world/auth/login.
Go to Loyalty and select Phone Confirmation from the left-side menu.
Enable Customer Phone Verification. Phone verification is currently available via WhatsApp only.

In the Where to Confirm section, specify where phone verification should be applied: customer sign-up via the Loyalty Program self-registration form, POS terminal, or both.
