Adding a New Customer to Your Database

Steps

  1. Sign in to the Fortis POS Platform at https://my.fortis.world/auth/login.

  2. Go to Customers.

  3. Click Add new.

  4. Complete the form. Required fields are marked in red.

  5. Enable Member of loyalty program to enroll the customer in your loyalty program.

  6. Click Add to save the customer record.
