How to Upgrade Your Fortis Account from Basic to Fortis POS

If you are currently using a Fortis Basic account and would like to upgrade to Fortis POS, you can submit a request through the Fortis website or contact our Support Team directly.

Option 1: Request an Upgrade Through the Fortis Website

  1. Visit the Fortis website.
  2. Click Get Started.
  3. Fill in the required information in the form.
  4. Submit the form.
  5. Our team will contact you to assist with the upgrade process and provide the required information.
