The Kitchen Bot is a Telegram-based feature that sends real-time order alerts to your kitchen team. Once an order is placed on the POS terminal, a notification is sent via Telegram so your staff can start preparing the order immediately.
How to Activate Your Kitchen Bot
- Sign in to the Fortis POS Platform at https://my.fortis.world/auth/login
- Go to Settings from the main menu
- From the left sidebar, select Kitchen
- Enable the toggle to activate the feature (Kitchen Bot Status: Active)
- Under Settings, choose how you want orders to be sent:
- Manually: before the payment is done
- Automatically: after successful payment
- Scroll down to Telegram Bot Setup Guide and follow the instructions to connect your Telegram account
- Open your Telegram app and complete the setup as guided, then confirm the connection
