When a guest opens the link, your online menu is displayed.
Guests can tap any dish to view its details. If an order is ready for payment, they can navigate to the Pay section. Tapping the Table number shows the list of ordered items.
To leave a tip, guests can enter a custom amount in the Tips section or use the preset buttons.
To complete the payment, guests tap Pay Fully. The Fortis Online Menu uses a WebSockets communication protocol, so when one guest initiates payment, the Pay Fully button is temporarily disabled for other guests to prevent duplicate payments.
