Logging into Fortis POS

Once your business structure is set up, you can sign in to your workplace and start processing sales.

Steps

1. Turn on the POS terminal and launch the Fortis POS App.
2. Enter the 8-digit activation code.
3. Select the Location to link with the POS terminal and tap Link.
4. Enter the registered phone number.
5. Optionally enable Auto-login by tapping Enable. You can change this setting later in the app settings.

Don’t have the activation code?

If you are the Owner or an Administrator, you can get the code yourself:

1. Log in to your Fortis account at https://my.fortis.world/auth/login.
2. Go to Settings, then choose POS Terminals.
3. Find the terminal in the list and click the 3 dots on the right.
4. Click Deactivate, then click Reactivate.
5. Copy the 8-digit activation code and enter it on the terminal.
