Creating your Fortis Account

To start using Fortis, you first need your account and business structure set up: your merchant, locations, POS terminals, employees and catalog.

Steps

  1. Share your company details, email address and phone number with your Fortis Onboarding contact.
  2. Check your email/whatsApp for a registration link to the Fortis POS Platform.
  3. Open the link and create your password.
  4. Sign in at https://my.fortis.world/auth/login with your email and new password.

Your Fortis account is ready. 

Didn't get the link, or it expired? Check your spam folder, then contact Fortis Support with your business name and the email address you gave us.
