The POS terminal uses a paper roll to print receipts. If the paper roll is empty or installed incorrectly, receipts may not print properly. Follow the steps below to replace the paper roll correctly.
Steps to Replace the Paper Roll
- Before inserting the paper roll, remove the first outer layer to ensure the paper feeds correctly.
- Lift the back of the printer cover to open the paper tray.
- Insert the paper roll into the tray as shown in the video below, ensuring the paper feeds from the correct direction.
- Leave the free end of the paper extending outside the printer.
- Close the paper tray securely.
Important Notes
- Always ensure the paper roll is inserted in the correct direction.
- If the paper roll is installed incorrectly, the terminal will not be able to print receipts properly.
- If receipts still do not print after replacing the paper roll, remove the roll, reinsert it correctly, and try printing again.
